I am thrilled to share with you a glimpse into my journey of goals and achievements!
My Goals
Self Confidence
My goal is to improve my self-confidence within the next 6 months. I will do this by addressing my negative self-talk and practicing positive affirmations. I will measure my progress by taking a self-confidence assessment at the beginning of the six-month period, and then one by the end of the six-month period. My aim is to increase my self-confidence by 30%.
This goal is achievable as I believe I have identified specific actions in order to adress my negative self-talk and build my self-confidence. Also, I am commited to practicing positive affirmations on a daily basis.
Improving my self-confidence is relevant to my personal growth and development as it will help me overcome self-doubt, take on new challenges and opportunities, as well as help me pursue my goals with greater confidence and enthusiasm.
Apart from taking a self-confidence assessment at the beginning and end of the six-month period and practicing positive affirmations on a daily basis, I will also track my progress regulary and adjust my actions as necessary to ensure I am making steady progress towards this goal.
Interpersonal Skills
My goal is to improve my interpersonal skills within the next 6 months. I will do this by attending various communication training courses on New Heroes E-Learning, seeking feedback from classmates, teachers, coworkers and friends, and by practicing active listening skills. I will measure my progress by tracking my feedback gained by my classmates, teachers, coworkers and friends, as well as by observing my own behaviour and actions.
This goal is achievable as I have identified specific actions in order to improve my interpersonal skills. Also, I am committed to practicing active listening skills on a regular basis and aim to seek feedback from others as much as possible in order to monitor my progress.
Improving my interpersonal skills will help me to build stronger relationships with others, communicate more effectively, and contribute to a more positive and collaborative work environment.
Apart from seeking feedback from my classmates, teachers, coworkers and friends, and practicing positive affirmations on a daily basis, I will also track my progress regulary and adjust my actions as necessary to ensure I am making steady progress towards this goal. I will also evaluate my progress at the end of this six-month period and identify areas which need further improvement.
